Shipping and Returns
Shipping:
Shipments will be mailed according the method selected at the time of checkout. Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to leave our warehouse. If you have a deadline for your order, you must notify Generations of Virtue, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Generations of Virtue is not liable for delayed orders in the event of natural disasters, national emergencies and/or acts of God. Please verify that all of your contact information is correct at the time of checkout should the need to contact you regarding a problem or question arise. Generations of Virtue is not liable for canceled orders if we are unable to contact you. All packages shipping from Generations of Virtue are insured according to value. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Backorders: If a product is backordered, please allow extra time for the product to leave our warehouse. We will notify you when we expect your order to ship using the email address you provide during checkout.
Free Shipping Offers: Free shipping does not apply to Fine Jewelry products or for shipments outside the continental U.S.
For expedited orders: Same-day shipping may be available for your order. A $15.00 rush fee will apply to any order needing to be shipped the same day the order is placed. Same-day shipping is subject to the items ordered being available and in stock. To expedite your order overnight, our warehouse must receive your order no later than 9am eastern standard time the day before. That is 8 am central, 7 am mountain, and 6 am pacific. Generations of Virtue cannot expedite out of stock items. Generations of Virtue cannot be responsible for late product delivery. Once a product leaves our warehouse, we are not able to control it. However, all packages are insured according to value.
For international orders: Please email us for international shipping prices and to place your order. Customer is responsible for all customs fees associated with the order.
Fine Jewelry Orders Please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery of fine jewelry pieces. Fine jewelry is classified as any single jewelry item from our Fine Jewelry category.
Large Jewelry Orders: Please allow 10 business days to process your order of 10 or more pieces of purity jewelry. If you are taking advantage of our Group Jewelry Discount offers, please allow 4 weeks to process your order. A rush fee will be applied to your order if placed without sufficient notice.

FedEx Ground- 5-7 days
FedEx Express Saver- 4-6 days
FedEx 2-Day- 3-5 days
FedEx Overnight- 2-3 days
Please note, if you select FedEx 2-Day shipping on Wednesday or Thursday, your order will NOT arrive until Monday or Tuesday of the next week. If you select FedEx Overnight on a Thursday, your order will NOT arrive until Monday of the next week. (Exceptions include when a Holiday falls on that Monday or Tuesday). Returns/Exchanges:
Your satisfaction is very important to us. Exchanges are permitted within 60 days of your purchase with a receipt*. Returns will be refunded in full within 60 days with a receipt, or for a store credit within 90 days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are permitted to return or exchange your item(s)**.
*Exchanges that are not in sellable condition will not be accepted.
**Fine jewelry pieces are not exchangeable or refundable. (Fine jewelry is classified as any single jewelry item from our Fine Jewelry category)
For Exchanges:
- Product must be in sellable condition.
- Please carefully pack your product in sturdy packaging (either a box or bubble mailer). Exchanges mailed in regular envelopes and/or products that are not in sellable condition will not be accepted.
- Please include a copy of your original receipt along with a current phone number and shipping address. Please clearly specify which item/size you would like in exchange.

- A shipping exchange fee of $7.00 will apply to any exchange. This covers the cost of shipping your item to you (standard shipping). You can either pay this fee with a credit card or send a check with the return. Please make checks out to Generations of Virtue. We do not keep a record of credit card information on file and will need to obtain the information again if you would like to pay the shipping fee with a credit card. If we do not receive a check with your return, our warehouse staff will notify you by email that we have received your return. The email will provide an office number you can call to provide your credit card information for the shipping exchange fee.
Returns:
- Please include a copy of your original receipt along with a current phone number.
- Please ship the items in a sturdy box with adequate packing material. Do not use newsprint, as it gets ink on the books. Returned items not in brand new condition will be discounted.
